Involves Bare-Metal programming, writing BSPs, RTOS, and Driver design & development for various Microcontroller platforms and architectures.
Bare-Metal firmware in an ARM Cortex-M MCU that have reconfigurable states while the system is running; featured GPIOs, Timers and serial buses.
The RGB Blinky keychain features PCB art and breathing RGB LEDs. NYU sent 1600 of these as welcome gifts to newly admitted students.
With an IR Camera, MSM mechanism reads the gestures made in real-time that are processed and, actuates a robotic arm with 2 degrees of freedom.
This project entails the development of a medical device to inhibit preterm uterine contractions using a magnetic field pulses intending to replace the existential electrical pulse based technology.
Prototype developed on an ARM Cortex M-4 platform (Freescale MK20DX256) that detects and generates alert signals in real-time if the person wearing the device falls on the ground or experiences sudden jerks.
Implemented a single-stage processor in VHDL that could fetch, decode instructions, execute, load/store and, write back via byte-addressable memory access method and, executed an RC-5 Block Cipher.
This is a coin-operated vending machine that requires user to insert money for purchasing products. It was used for vending stationery items such as printer papers. This machine can also issue refund in case of any unexpected error.
This limb can be worn like any other prosthetic limb and the person wearing it can control it with their other arm or toes. This introduced the functionality of controlled actuation in a limb designed for aesthetic purposes.
Smart Vending Machine is a compact, wall-mountable vending machine that vends out the requested product if the pin entered by the user on the machine is correct and the payment has been made. User places the order through a smart phone app.
At Hememics, we develop medical devices and sensors capable of detecting pathogens using GFET technology. As a Hardware / Firmware Engineer in the team, I contribute towards the Circuits, Schematics & PCB Design and, firmware development of medical devices. I also prototype setups/devices for experiments.
I joined Stel Life in August 2020 as a Hardware Developer Intern. In a team of 8 people, I developed firmware for Stel Vitals Hub that connects Bluetooth vitals devices to health records. Apart from that, I also contrubuted in the unit testing of the devices and ensuring the cross-platform compatibility of these Stel Hubs
I graduated in May 2020 from Tandon School of Engineering with a Masters in Computer Engineering with a focus in Embedded Systems. It was one of the most prominent parts of my life as the university's curriculum and cosmopolitan exposure to the Big Apple helped my personal and professional growth.
At the intersection of technology, innovation and, creation, NYU MakerSpace is a workspace lab created to foster collaborative design projects. As a Graduate TA, I delivered projects related to Embedded Systems and Hardware Design. I also conducted soldering workshops and volunteered to help multiple project teams.
The unfortettable experience of mentoring some of the brightest brains that New York City had to offer, I joined the BSE 6 weeks program in July 2019 as an Instructor. During that time, our BSE team mentored 65+ students to prototype 50+ individual projects, their presentations and preped them for demo nights.
This was one of the most defining moments for me which was a result of some friends joining their talents together to turn an idea into reality. It started with a concept to realize a compact Stationery Vending Machine that culminated into a portable, Smart Vending Machine with online payment and inventory reservation.
I graduated with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering in July 2016. In these transformative four years in the pink city, I discovered my true calling. One of the projects I worked on during my Junior year culminated into my Startup. During my senior year, I interned at NPCIL RAPS and volunteered for BMVSS.
